The solution includes a 1.5% general increase and a 1% item, which is subject to company-specific negotiations. The new collective agreement is valid for the period 19 May 2011 – 31 March 2012.
As part of the accepted conciliation proposal, the parties will also commence a functionality assessment of company-specific pay systems with the aim of developing them further.
Industrial action at companies will cease as a result of this agreement and all striking salaried employees will return to work as of 19 May 2011.
