Press releases |
The agreement will lower corporate labour costs and increase employee pay by a maximum of 0.5%.

If necessary, the local agreement parties can agree to not increase pay or to postpone wage hikes.

The agreement includes also measures to lower labour costs; overtime might no longer be automatically set at double or more times the normal rate, for example.

In addition, it was also agreed that the structures of the collective labour agreement would be modernised and its contents clarified.

The agreement enters into force on 1 January 2010 and will remain valid until 30 August 2012.
