The parties also arranged to develop the collective labour agreement substantially in order to support the industry’s competitiveness and to safeguard jobs. Collective bargaining will be developed in working groupsa to ensure that future collective labour agreements are worded in a sufficiently clear manner and support employees’ ability to work, the continuous improvement of competitiveness and profitability as well as provide new working time models.
The new collective agreement is in force from 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2012.
