Climate and products
The long life span of wood-based products is of benefit to the climate. Wood, paper and paperboard products help to reduce the use of non-renewable raw materials and save natural resources for future generations. Wood-based products also store carbon dioxide and can substitute CO2 intensive materials and fossil fuels.
