Salaries will be increased by 0.5% during the first year of the two-year agreement.

The parties also agreed to develop the collective labour  agreement during the contract period as well as to adopt a system where employees perform alternative duties if an illness or injury prevents them from doing their normal work. 

The new collective agreement is in force from 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2012.
