The development of versatile skills as well as the specialisation of educational institutions need to be promoted on other educational levels as well.

Occupational wellbeing is being improved with the aim of reducing sickness absences and to enable employees to enjoy longer careers.

An ecological reward system could encourage consumers to select environment-friendly products and spur the industry to develop its manufacturing operations in a way that is even more effective and sustainable from the ecological perspective.
